Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Vuable. By creating an account you accept them. They are written plainly on purpose — if something here is unclear, ask rather than guess.
Vuable is in beta. It is free, it is unfinished, and things will occasionally break. Keep your own record of anything you cannot afford to lose. We will treat your data carefully, but we are not yet offering the guarantees a mature paid product would.
1. Who can use Vuable
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a contract. If you are using Vuable for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. Your account
Keep your password to yourself and don't share your account. You are responsible for what happens under your login. Tell us at hello@vuable.app if you think someone else has access.
Give us an email address you actually check — it's how we send password resets and tell you about problems.
3. Connecting social accounts
When you connect a platform such as TikTok, Instagram or YouTube, you confirm the account is yours or that you are authorised to connect it, and that doing so doesn't breach that platform's own terms.
We read your data. We do not post, comment, follow or message on your behalf, and we never see your platform password. You can disconnect at any time.
Those platforms are not ours. If one changes its rules, restricts its API, or stops providing data, features that depend on it may change or stop working. We will tell you when that happens, but we can't prevent it.
4. What you can't do
- Connect accounts that aren't yours or that you're not authorised to use
- Break the law, or any platform's terms, using our service
- Try to access other users' data, or probe our systems for weaknesses (responsible security reports are welcome — email us)
- Resell, scrape or redistribute the service or its output as your own product
- Upload anything unlawful, or anything you don't have the rights to
We may suspend or close accounts that do these things, usually after asking first unless the problem is serious.
5. Your content stays yours
Your posts, your metrics, your notes, your boards and your uploads belong to you. Nothing here transfers ownership.
To actually run the service we need permission to store and process that content — to display your dashboard, generate insights, and back things up. That permission exists only for operating Vuable for you, and it ends when you delete the content or your account.
We won't use your content to promote Vuable publicly without asking you first.
6. Our side
The Vuable name, design, and software are ours. Using the product doesn't give you rights to them beyond using the service as intended.
7. About the AI features
The weekly review, the assistant and the comment analysis produce suggestions, not facts. They can be wrong, incomplete, or confidently mistaken. They are there to help you think, not to make decisions for you.
Nothing Vuable generates is professional advice — not financial, legal, business or otherwise. If you're making a decision that matters, verify it against your own numbers and judgement.
8. Availability
We aim to keep Vuable running, but during beta we don't promise any level of uptime. We may change, pause or remove features, and we may need to take the service down for maintenance.
If we're going to make a change that meaningfully affects how you use the product, we'll give you reasonable notice where we can.
9. Price
Vuable is currently free. We intend to introduce paid plans later. If we do, we will tell you clearly before anything you use starts costing money, and you will never be charged without agreeing first.
10. Ending it
You can stop using Vuable and delete your account whenever you like. Deleting your account removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may close your account if you break these terms, or if we discontinue the service. If we shut Vuable down, we'll give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data first.
11. Liability
Vuable is provided as it is. During beta we don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data shown will always be accurate or complete — much of it comes from third-party platforms we don't control.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, or losses arising from decisions you make based on what Vuable shows you.
Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer in the UK, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything written here.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product develops. For minor changes we'll update the date above. For anything significant we'll email you before it takes effect, and continuing to use Vuable afterwards means you accept the change.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you're a consumer elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
